Barbeque area
Enjoying a good old fashioned family ‘barbie’ will be a pleasure at Bayview Rise with a brand new community outdoor.
The facility, which includes a barbeque and outdoor seating set beneath an architecturally designed shade area, provides the perfect place for residents to relax and enjoy an afternoon with both old and new friends and neighbours.
Healthy Lifestyle
Keeping fit and enjoying the great outdoors is made easy at Bayview Rise with walking and bike tracks winding throughout the estate.
Bayview Rise residents will have direct access to these attractive tracks making walking the dog, taking a power-walk, bike-ride, jog or a casual stroll, a daily pleasure.
Bayview Rise is a short drive from all your favourite sports with the established H.E Parker Reserve, complete with BMX track, netball, football and tennis facilities positioned 5km’s from the estate while the Heathmont Golf Course and Glen Park Reserve are also just minutes away.
Bungalook Creek
Melbourne Water and Villawood are both contributing to a $360,000 redevelopment project to re-vegetate the Bungalook creek which borders the Bayview Rise estate.
The redevelopment process will include extensive planting of established and small native trees, weed removal, bank stabilisation and water sensitive urban design (WSUD) in order to maintain the future health of the creek.
By providing habitat to native flora and fauna, the re-vegetation of Bungalook creek will allow residents to enjoy the best parts of the natural environment for many years to come.
